A real estate agent and developer engaged me to help shape the architectural interior design concept for a new construction residence in Breckenridge, including the living room, kitchen, primary suite with bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as a private office thoughtfully integrated within the bedroom..

The vision was to create a home that had a balanced style, warmth and modern sophistication -while making the homeowner feel as though they were living/staying in a five-star hotel.

Because the project was new construction, the design process focused on establishing a strong architectural direction from the beginning: thoughtful space planning, elevated detailing, and seamless integration between function and aesthetics.

The living spaces were designed to feel open, refined and inviting, while the kitchen was envisioned as both a social centerpiece and a beautifully integrated part of the architecture. The primary suite was developed as a private retreat, combining comfort, luxury, and calm with a custom walk-in closet and a discreet office space for modern living.

Throughout the home, the goal was to create an atmosphere of effortless luxury, where clean lines, rich materials, soft textures and intentional lighting come together to deliver a hospitality-inspired residential experience.

The result is a mountain home that feels polished, welcoming, and deeply restorative combining the comfort of home with the experience of a luxury resort.
