A developer and builder from LA approached with the construction of four luxury four-plex residences being built for resale in Cherry Creek area of Denver, CO
The architectural plans had been completed by Ruggles Mabe Studio, and my role was to help them to develop interior concepts that would feel fully aligned with the exterior architecture – an extension and reflection of the building itself.
The objective was to create interiors that were stylish and memorable, yet neutral enough to appeal to a broad range of potential buyers in the luxury market.
To achieve this, I carried many of the exterior architectural forms, lines and tones into the my design language. Elements of the façade inspired interior features such as the kitchens, fireplace compositions, lighting selections and material palette.
This continuity between exterior anAd interior created a more cohesive and elevated buyer experience, allowing each residence to feel intentional from the moment of arrival.
The result was a collection of residences with strong architectural identity, balanced marketability and enhanced perceived value for resale.
